Spring Cleaning To-Do’s!
Schedule screenings and doctor appointments now to keep track of wellness appointments during the year. De-clutter your medicine cabinet by checking expiration dates. If the med smells bad or looks off-color, safely dispose of it. Allergy-proof your house. Since the greatest number of allergyproducing dust mites live in the bedroom, wash all your linens and blankets. And don’t forget to replace the furnace filter. Purge old makeup, since most products typically have about a one-year shelf life. If you notice a foul odor, or you see a separation of ingredients, toss it. And finally…replace old workout shoes, which may do more harm than good because the material, particularly in the heel, wears out with use and loses its cushioning effect
